Prime Contact was founded to provide Genesys Engage expertise to selected Genesys users in the Netherlands.
Introducing Real Time Stats
Launched at Genesys G-Force Europe, followed by success at a large Banking customer (1000+ agents).
Going worldwide
Expansion of our services to other European countries, the USA and Australia.
Listing on Genesys App Foundry
Real Time Stats was added to the Genesys AppFoundry, increasing its exposure to Genesys users and partners.
Introducing WFM Buddy
Launch of WFM Buddy at Genesys CX19 in Denver (worldwide) and Amsterdam (EMEA). WFM Buddy was added to the Genesys AppFoundry. Immediate success at a large Finance customer (3000+ agents), soon followed by more customers in Europe, the USA and APAC regions.
Genesys Cloud certification
Certification of our consultants on Genesys Cloud.
Moving office to World Trade Center
